OBJECTIVES

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Examine highly regarded books related to professional identity, development and advancement to the learning environment.
  2. Discuss the reading material to promote inquiry and critical thinking
  3. Exchange diverse responses to text
  4. Analyze the negative effects of indignity in the workplace
  5. Discuss how an effective leader can leverage the ideals of "leading with dignity" to maximize organizational success
  6. Differentiate "I" vs "Me" concepts as it relates to growth and fixed mindsets.
