OBJECTIVES

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Examine highly regarded books related to professional identity, development and advancement to the learning environment.
  2. Discuss the reading material to promote inquiry and critical thinking
  3. Exchange diverse responses to text
  4. Discuss the impact of a person's perspectives on their WHY
  5. Reflect on the origin of you WHY
  6. Relate the characteristics of "visionary" and "communicator" to the WHY
