OBJECTIVES

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

- Describe federal and Texas state standards for identifying and reporting harassment

- Identify opportunities for improving patient/employee/learner safety through proactive cultural/workplace change.

- Promote collaborative efforts to enhance mental health and build resilience among coworkers as well as learners
