Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
- Demonstrate the principle of appreciative inquiry.
- Describe motivation through leadership.
- Recognize the challenges/barriers to motivating themselves and others during times of uncertainty.
- Facilitate open conversations with team members regarding the challenges in their lives which limit satisfaction as well as success.
