Objectives:
1. Correctly identify the various therapy and/or durable medical equipment needs for CMC as well as those medical diagnoses that qualify CMC for such equipment
2. Select appropriate strategies to achieving successful prior authorizations for therapy and DME in patients with CMC.
3. Design various protocols for the management of common conditions exhibited by CMC
