In this virtual presentation, Barbara Gastel, MD, MPH, identifies common psychological and other obstacles to starting and resuming a writing project, discusses strategies for reserving and making effective use of writing time, and shares tips for starting and resuming a writing project effectively.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this online activity, learners will be able to:

1) Identify common psychological and other obstacles to starting and resuming a writing project.
2) Apply a strategy for identifying and reserving times to write.
3) Recall strategies for starting and resuming a writing project effectively.
4) State tips for making effective use of one’s writing time.
