Through this module, learn about why receiving feedback is important, the types of feedback one may receive, the three triggers when receiving feedback, and the six strategies to receiving feedback.

At the end of this module learners will be able to:
- Identify the types of feedback.
- Recall the barriers to receiving feedback.
- Apply appropriate strategies for receiving feedback.
