In this virtual presentation,Krista Gregory, Director of the Center for Resiliency at Dell Children's Medical Center, discusses practical healthcare resilience tools to manage the nervous system, how empathetic resonance can challenge our ability to stay engaged with people in pain, and tools to create healthy emotional boundaries between ourselves and others while maintaining compassion.
